Celebrate Good Times

Good times were had by all the Koulouris' last weekend. We were home for Greek Easter - Orthodoxy uses a different calendar - and celebrated with multiple church services and big family dinner. The services are always very moving and a wonderful way to celebrate the resurrection of Christ. On Sunday the full-on family time begins! George began the morning at 7am with the men to put the lamb on the spit. And I followed with the ladies after we'd gotten our beauty sleep. After many many hours of staring at the lamb, we were finally ready to eat!! Here is George ( aka: best griller ever, next to cousin Pano of course) sizing up the lamb.

The brother sister team make excellent carvers too.

And speaking of sister Faye....since its been a week now I feel I can share the good news...she's engaged!! To a great guy named Hal. We're happy to welcome another member to the family, and I'm especially happy since he's non-greek too!

And as for more good times, I gave my graduation presentation this past Monday to all my professors. I'm finished with Grad School!!!! No more papers or presentations! Thanks family and friends for all the support over the last three years.
