We headed up to Cashiers, NC one weekend to see my parents who were enjoying the week up there. Little did we know it would be freezing the whole weekend…in MAY! But we made the best of it and even roasted marshmallows!

James and GramPa have started a tradition of making us pancakes for breakfast. This year James got to use the flipper himself.

We also found the perfect place to stash the kids when they were acting up. haha!
I thought this was so crazy. This squirrel stood there and stared at the kids for a really long time. It was like they were all having a conversation together. I’ve never seen one this close up before. So funny!
We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the mountain scenes!
