So here it is the 13th of August, and I'm finally posting a Happy Birthday message to my beloved husband who turned 29 on the 1st. But regardless of my timing, I'm still thrilled to share with you the pictures from the funtabulous family cookout celebrating George! He wanted nothing more than to use his new grill, have people over, and serve Sweetwater beer. And thats exactly what we did. Its good to be back close to family in order to fulfill his birthday wishes.

This is where the chicken became awesome. In the middle, with the coals pushed to the sides, smoked for hours...ask George, he'd be happy to tell you ALL about it!

The girls were very well behaved with all the guests. Theo Pano even taught Laney to play fetch! And Glory, I'm so proud of her! She curled up next to Theo Hal while everyone bellowed happy birthday to George. Couldn't believe it!
I had a soccer ball, and then I ate it. Toys don't last long with this one.
