George and I rang in the new year quietly with just us and pups. It was a wonderful evening of Wii playing, movie watching, and take out eating. And as the clock struck midnight, we celebrated with a little sparkling apple juice. They say having kids really changes things…I think we're ready :)
My immediate thoughts in 2010 were:
1. WOW! I stayed up til midnight!
2. Next year we'll have another member in our family to ring in the new year.
3. I'm so in love with my little family and I can't wait to meet our baby!
4. I'm amazed at all the life changes that happened to us in the last ten years and wonder what the next ten will bring.
Nacho Peanut also turned 35 weeks on New Years Day and on that same day we had 35 days left until the due date! We're only a month away from knowing boy or girl and finally putting a face with the kicking/squirmy baby inside my belly. Here's to 2010!
