Should I be concerned that I had to do deep breathing techniques while picking up a few items from the grocery store tonight?
I had to stop in the diary section a bit to overcome the pressure/pain of Nacho. But, eventually made it to the check out to be greeted by friendly folks asking all about the baby and my pregnancy. It's always nice to hear I look "cute" when the little bugger is trying to bust out.
When I got to the car I started thinking about what went wrong with tonight's shopping journey. Take note fellow preggies and future preggies.
1. Bladder Control. Always, ALWAYS use the bathroom before leaving wherever you are – especially when you are 35+ weeks pregnant and baby is tap dancing on your bladder.
2. Never Shop Hungry. You will inevitably spend more time in said grocery store than your body and baby can stand it.
3. Breathe Deep. But, not too deeply and not too loudly. People will start to stare and wonder if you will indeed give birth in the frozen food section.
Dear Nacho Peanut,
Yes, your crib is ready and waiting, but if you could hang in there a few more weeks Mommy would be grateful!!

I say go for it. I mean, you are planning to go natural anyways and I bet you could finagle a ton of free groceries out of the deal!
Oh Kate! The joys of being 35+ weeks. I have been thinking about you so much lately. Hang in there! Not knowing the sex of Nacho Peanut will prove to be the single most exciting moment of your life! And great motivation for pushing! Keep up the blogging too, love it.

Wow! Did not know you were planning a natural birth - go you:) Gotta love the end of pregnancy! For me, at about 36/37 weeks I could literally barely even walk. I just HURT and was so uncomfortable. It won't be long for you!!
