My birthday has been such a special day for us over the past years, so I thought I’d do a quick recap.

My friends and I celebrated at a Mexican Restaurant (of course) and then East Andrews. Most of the evening was spent in anticipation of this handsome fellow arriving, and when he did we ended up talking for hours…and well the rest is history.
This is the first picture I ever took of George on one of our many lunch “dates” while working in the real estate business. I remember telling my mom that I was into this boy named George, and this is the picture I showed her. She knew he was something special :) And I can totally hear him laughing when I look at this picture.

My Princess birthday. And the day I became his Princess.
Haha sorry that was pretty sappy. And no he doesn’t walk around calling me a princess nor do I consider myself a princess, but I could certainly tell how much he loved me when he asked me to be his wife. Totally smitten on St. Simon’s Island newly engaged!

While vacationing at St. Simons Island, at 4am on my birthday I discovered I was pregnant with our precious baby boy!! I couldn’t have asked for a better gift.
The beginning of a nine month wait for James George!
This Year
After five years of big events, this year is quite different.
This year I’m a mom.
And a nurse since both my boys are sick.
But this life we’re living makes me happy and thankful for all the gifts I’ve been given.

Happy Birthday Kate! All day I have been trying to figure out why the 25th was sticking out in my mind -- YOU! First of all, that pic of your parents with baby you, and then you and George and Sweet Baby James is eerily the same, beard and all. love it. Second of all, I remember the days of the first date and the lunches and the engagement and wedding planning. Ah, the good ole days at JPA. Third of all, didn't know you found out you were preggars on your birthday, but it is only fitting. Hope you are having a great day loving on your two favorite boys. xoxo, Kyle
