How to survive a long car ride

A tutorial by James George

Step 1: Sleep for the first 30 minutes of the trip to fool your parents into thinking this will be a an easy trip.

Step 2: Cry, as loud as possible, for as long as you can after you wake up until your parents pull over to check you for injuries.

Step 3: Get diaper changed and fed bottle because they will find no injuries.

Step 4: Cry immediately after being placed into your carseat again. Remember – carseats are the enemy.

Step 5: Con your mom into sitting in the back seat with you so you won’t be bored.

Step 6: Endure the picture taking and games that will ensue.

Step 7: Act amused for a few minutes.

Step 8: Cry some more because your mom will not take you out of your carseat and you can’t seem to fall asleep.

Step 9: Give in to sleep only after your mom holds your arms down that keep hitting you in the face.

Step 10: Sleep for only 30 minutes and then wake up crying.

Step 11: Repeat steps 2 – 10 until trip is over.
