Hired Help

Well we finally did it.

We broke down and hired some help for the yard.

Don’t be fooled by his size, he can be awfully bossy.

But he turned on that smile and we hired him on the spot.

He’s also a little bit country, what with that one tooth of his, but that just means gardening is in his genes.

He’s a hard worker when it comes to digging in the dirt.

Every now and then he’d take breaks to eat the fruits of his labor

But he always got right back to work.

He put in a hard days work…and we think we’ll keep him around.
