Anna girl! Nine months, I can hardly believe it! You are a curious, mobile and fun loving little girl. You weigh 18 pounds and are 28 1/2 inches long.
You have mastered “the plank” and are crawling everywhere!
You are also pulling up on everything and getting really good at knowing what things will support you and what will cause you some bumps and bruises! James is loving your new mobility and you two chase each other around a lot.
You also have this precious little curl of hair over your left ear. Can you see it!?
We’ve been doing more and more finger foods and really enjoy being a part of family meals.
You’ve been sleeping well at night and are starting to take better naps at school again!
(public service announcement, yes I buckle her seat belt for every car ride!)
Look at how much you’ve grown since we brought you home from the hospital!? And your brother…..geesh!
This month we baptized you and it was such a special event and time in all of our lives.
You are a very happy baby. You love people and babies and kids and will almost always hand out a smile.
You enjoy rides in the strollers and have also loved all the outdoor activities summer has brought.
You are a climber, a little bit mischievous and adventurous. We are definitely going to have to watch you little lady! In the picture below you climbed into the wagon and are now hanging on with one hand and sporting a bruise on your cheek already.
You’re growing up so fast Anna! You can clap and wave bye bye and play peek-a-boo like a pro. You’ve also really found your voice this month and man is it loud and high pitched! You are also figuring out how to use it to get what you want. Last month you mastered saying Mama and Mpampa (bah-bah). This month you say Hi, Bye Bye, and ‘ames – which is your version of James. We love hearing your voice.
You are very wiggly on the changing table and it’s a work out these days to get your dressed. You do like to help me put your clothes on too so that helps some! You are in size 3 diapers and 9 – 12 month clothes.
Anna, your acrobatics are very impressive! We love watching you discover the world around you.
