After our morning at home with just the three of us, we had the parents, George’s sister Faye and her family, and George’s Grandmother and Uncle over for brunch. It was a wonderful afternoon of food and family.
James was a little concerned that cousin Victor was going to steal some of his food. Its only the beginning James!
Merry Christmas Granddads and Grandsons!
James had so much fun with all of the grandparents around!
While this picture was taken was my favorite Christmas memory. I’m in the background doing dishes looking out my huge kitchen window (yes, dishes are a part of my favorite memory) in our new home that holds our precious families, we’re listening to Charlie Brown’s Christmas music, the family is gathered around, I hear laughing and they are all living in the moment with such joy and its just beginning to snow outside. Absolutely perfect.
This picture cracks me up. New dads with their new electronics. And Faye did a great job narrating the day for them.
Faye and Hal’s sweet sweet son, Victor. Couldn’t you just eat him up!?
He did a great job helping his mom open his gifts!
James was Thrilled! with the box his grandparents gave him. One day he’ll be just as thrilled with the toy inside :)
Victor (well really Papou) was taunting James to steal the Sophie. Victor loved the new Sophie James gave him, but James needs a lesson in gift giving because he stole it back!
More Victor cuteness and Papou trying to capture it on his cell phone. He LOVES to show off the grandkids on his phone.
Let the cousin antics begin! George’s parents got them matching hats from Big John’s Christmas Trees and it was all fun and games until…
James ripped his off and went straight for Victor’s. I can’t wait til these two are big enough to really play together. Next Christmas is going to be so much fun with these two!
We had our first white Christmas in Atlanta in more than 100 years. It was beautiful!! What a perfect end to a great first Christmas for James and Victor.
